Position: Sales Representative, Health and Personal (G4)
Location: Burlington, Ontario
(We work in a hybrid model that requires a minimum of two days per week in the office)

Based in Burlington, Ontario, you will be responsible for developing the Ontario Personal Care territory by qualifying prospects, growing your portfolio, and building strong customer relationships in collaboration with the sales team.

What would be your main responsibilities as a Sales Representative:
- Acquire and maintain up-to-date working knowledge of all products sold by the group, as well as Quadra's services
- Fully identify and qualify potential new accounts, and assess product needs through research, cold calling, networking, and social media/website review
- Plan pre-call schedules for key accounts within the territory
- Report any changes in business trends, customer feedback (positive or negative), and competitor activities.
- Maintain detailed records of contacts and commitments of potential and existing clients
- Participate in training to improve sales productivity, knowledge of products, customer engagement, etc.
- Attend sales meetings as directed by the Sales Manager
- Stay current on competing products, market and industry trends, and regulatory/compliance changes
- Maintain a record of sample submissions with client test results and resulting actions
- Build credibility and always generate customer trust through professional conduct
- Complete and submit an updated report and sales forecast on the territory plan, including the previous quarter's achievements
- Use effective time management skills to support the customers' needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Marketing or Business is preferred; post-secondary diploma required.
- Experience in formulation development (cosmetics or personal care) is a strong asset.
- Proven experience in distribution or manufacturing, ideally in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, or Supplements.
- Knowledge of key products, applications, benefits, and industry trends.
- Customer-facing experience in Customer Service, Procurement, or Sales is an asset.
- Sales experience (prospecting, negotiation, relationship-building) is preferred.
- Strong computer skills; experience with CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and Office 365.
- Ability to prospect, cold call, and seek new business opportunities.
- Flexibility for limited overnight travel (approximately twice per year).

Compensation Information:
The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be between $ 59, 700 and $ 89,500. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and full benefits. Quadra's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
