We're looking for a Founding Product Manager to join Provision's Product & Technology Team and help shape the future of construction technology. You'll take full ownership of product direction and work directly with our founders to bring the industry's first AI-driven estimator to life.

In this role, you'll be at the center of it all, partnering with customers to uncover their toughest problems, collaborating with our engineers to turn ideas into reality, and working hand-in-hand with our leadership team to deliver products that transform how contractors win and deliver projects.

This role reports to our CEO and Co-Founder and works closely with our CTO and engineering team. You'll be based in Toronto, Ontario, building tools that redefine what's possible in construction.

We're looking for someone to join our team immediately.

• Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy for estimator-focused tools that reduce errors and automate pre-construction workflows.

• Build and iterate systems to collect, analyze, and action customer feedback from sales, product meetings, requests, and bug reports.

• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, sales, engineering, and architects to deliver and evolve new and existing tools.

• Lead day-to-day product management including sprint planning, prioritization, backlog grooming, and release management.

• Partner with marketing to communicate and position Provision's products in the market.

• Define and track measurable KPIs to evaluate product impact.

• Drive product requirements and oversee initiatives end-to-end from ideation and validation through scoping, development, and iteration.

• Continuously refine and improve product and process workflows.

• 4–6 years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with a track record of shipping successful products at scale.

• Strong product sense: able to uncover non-obvious solutions, challenge assumptions, and apply modern product management frameworks.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you ask the right questions (you've probably read The Mom Test) and can clearly translate insights into business impact.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable driving roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and cross-functional alignment.

• Hands-on with product data analysis (SQL, PostHog, Mixpanel) and adept at using tools like Linear.

• Deep understanding of information retrieval, enterprise search, generative AI, and data science ecosystems.

• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on quality and measurable outcomes that improve contractors' day-to-day work.

• Nice to have: experience in construction tech or adjacent industries (real estate, oil & gas, mining); 2+ years in technically oriented PM roles (search, IR, GenAI, predictive models, or recommendation systems).

140,000 to 180,000 CAD with 0.15 to 0.35% in equity.

Provision was co-founded by Luigi La Corte, who worked as a civil engineer before investing in infrastructure assets at a private equity firm in Toronto, Plenary Americas, and Brendan Ardagh, a trained quantity surveyor and lifelong software engineer who was the CTO of two venture backed companies in South Africa.
