Role Description

This full-time opportunity is for a Founding Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Kspace Technologies HQ. Based in Toronto, ON, this is a hybrid role that combines on-site work with remote flexibility. The role entails designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define AI applications, implementing machine learning models, and continuously improving algorithms and systems to meet business objectives while promoting advancements in AI capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science
  • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, Pytorch, or similar frameworks
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, model development, and data preprocessing
  • Experience in deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions and optimizing performance
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
  • Proven experience in leading projects or teams is a plus
  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred
