Location: You will be responsible to oversee storage facilities in the GTA North.
Our Regional Managers have oversight of a number of stores with the primary responsibility for ensuring business success Mentoring employees, monitoring sales, ensuring that all of our stores meet our Easy Clean Service level of excellence.
We have a need for a Regional Manager
In addition to ensuring that all of our stores meet our Easy, Clean, Service level of excellence, a successful Regional Manager is forward-thinking and able to excel in:
• Mentoring employees
• Monitoring sales
• Staying organized
• Strategic planning
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
This is anything but a "boring desk job."
You will be responsible for sales, site appearance, managing the day-to-day operations, and customer service – all with the backing of a system that works and a corporation that wants you to succeed.
There is some on-call and weekend work with this position.
Retail store experience is necessary, at least 2 to 4 years of work experience. We would prefer a bachelor's degree, but any combination of education and experience will be considered.
