TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :
OBJECTIFS DE VENTES :
Employer les outils de suivi des ventes et le tableau de bord de l'entreprise afin d'établir des objectifs et d'atteindre ces derniers.
Vendre des produits et services aux clients tout en encadrant et conseillant le personnel à cet effet.
Maximiser les ventes grâce à la mise au point de techniques de ventes efficaces.
S'assurer que les membres du personnel atteignent leurs objectifs de productivité.
SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE :
Toujours mettre de l'avant la priorité client et offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure.
Surveiller les objectifs et les résultats des sondages ISSC et les communiquer aux membres de l'équipe.
Donner l'exemple quant à l'utilisation appropriée de l'application Relation client electronique , afin d'offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure.
Prendre des rendez-vous pour les événements et gérer l'horaire en fonction de l'augmentation des événements annuels.
Promouvoir les produits par l'intermédiaire du marketing et encourager l'utilisation du programme PC Optimum.
S'assurer que le personnel soit formé aux normes de vente des produits de beauté.
LEADERSHIP D'ÉQUIPE :
Guider, encadrer, former et motiver le personnel.
Créer un environnement propice à la vente.
Préparer les évaluations de rendement en collaboration avec le gérant du magasin.
Expliquer et mettre en œuvre les principes de la « culture bleue » et les « valeurs ÊTRE ».

EXPLOITATION :
Utiliser les outils de l'entreprise afin d'assurer le suivi des ventes.
Veiller à ce que les normes d'exploitation du rayon des cosmétiques soient mises en œuvre.
Déterminer les périodes de forte affluence et prévoir les quarts de travail en conséquence.
COMPÉTENCES :
Planification, jugement et prise de décision.
Faire preuve d'une pensée critique et prendre des décisions pour régler les problèmes concernant les besoins des clients.
Posséder la capacité de réagir en fonction des tâches et les objectifs définis par l'équipe de gestion.
Élaborer un plan de perfectionnement personnel annuel.
Travailler en collaboration avec le pharmacien propriétaire et le gérant du magasin.
EXPÉRIENCE :
Posséder de l'expérience dans le domaine de la vente, avec une capacité éprouvée à atteindre ses objectifs.
Posséder de l'expérience dans le domaine des cosmétiques.
Détenir d'excellentes aptitudes pour la communication écrite et verbale.
Faire preuve d'une priorité axée sur le service à la clientèle.
Avoir de l'expérience à diriger une équipe.
