Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Educators- Level 2/Level 3 to support the development and well-being of children in our care. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children, possess strong caregiving skills, and be committed to fostering positive growth and learning experiences.

Duties

  • Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure safety at all times
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap times
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play
  • Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and needs
  • Support children with special needs or disabilities as required
  • Foster positive behavior through encouragement, guidance, and appropriate discipline strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and licensing requirements

Skills

  • Prior classroom experience working with children is highly desirable
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
  • Strong teaching abilities to facilitate learning through play and structured activities
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
  • Genuine care for children's well-being, safety, and development
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability in handling diverse needs of children
  • Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports all children's growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
