This is a 6 month contract for a Strategy Analyst for an immediate need.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing market research to track new deals, industry developments, and emerging trends
  • Monitor and analyze competitor performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives, and deliver insights to senior leadership
  • Perform market sizing and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision-making
  • Track, analyze, and summarize insights from third-party market surveys and subscription-based research sources
  • Support the preparation of strategy presentations and materials for leadership meetings and offsites

Strategy & Communications Support

  • Support the execution of internal communication initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic priorities
  • Maintain and update internal digital platforms (e.g., intranet pages), including publishing news content, refreshing outdated materials, and tracking engagement metrics
  • Coordinate internal webcasts, leadership updates, and cross-functional meetings
  • Support planning and coordination for recurring leadership or partner community meetings

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, consulting, financial analysis, or a related role
  • Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills with the ability to synthesize insights for senior leadership
