We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper / AP Clerk. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting a dynamic finance department.

What You'll Do (Not limited to):

  • Process and record accounts payable and vendor invoices

  • Ensure accuracy and approval process is followed

  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule

  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close

  • Maintain and organize financial records and documentation

  • Manage employee expenses, commissions, and reimbursements

  • Bank reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting

  • Support the accounting team with general bookkeeping and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and/or payroll

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas)

  • Experience with ERP systems — NetSuite experience is an asset

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Nous recherchons une personne minutieuse et proactive pour occuper le poste de Commis à la comptabilité / Comptable fournisseurs. Ce rôle hybride convient parfaitement à quelqu'un qui aime travailler avec les chiffres, rester organisé(e) et soutenir un département des finances dynamique.

Vos responsabilités (sans s'y limiter) :

  • Traiter et enregistrer les comptes fournisseurs et les factures des fournisseurs
  • S'assurer de l'exactitude des données et du respect du processus d'approbation
  • Préparer et traiter la paie avec exactitude et selon l'échéancier établi
  • Effectuer les rapprochements de comptes et participer à la clôture mensuelle
  • Maintenir et organiser les dossiers et documents financiers
  • Gérer les dépenses, commissions et remboursements des employés
  • Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires, écritures de journal et rapports financiers
  • Soutenir l'équipe comptable dans diverses tâches de tenue de livres et administratives

Profil recherché :

  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, comptes fournisseurs et/ou paie
  • Excellente attention aux détails et grande précision
  • Excellentes compétences en Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, fonctions de recherche, formules)
  • Expérience avec un système ERP — l'expérience avec NetSuite est un atout
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en communication
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter les délais
  • Esprit d'équipe et attitude positive

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
