About the Role
As a Financial Associate, you will deliver personalized financial strategies focused on life insurance, retirement planning, and wealth protection. You will work remotely, manage your own schedule, and develop your business under the guidance of top industry professionals.
This role provides a platform for individuals who want flexibility, professional development, and the ability to grow within a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial needs analyses and present tailored insurance and investment solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through education and trust.
Manage your client portfolio as an independent professional within a supportive team framework.
Participate in structured mentorship programs, ongoing training, and leadership development.
Utilize digital tools and virtual platforms to connect with clients across North America.
What We Offer
Uncapped Earning Potential: Average $2,000–$20,000+ per month based on performance.

Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Licensed or willing to become licensed in Life & Health Insurance.

Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
Important Information
This is a commission-only independent contractor position.
There is no base salary or hourly pay.
Full training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided by Experior Financial Group.
