Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities for multiple acquisitions as IT Project Manager for Site Services.
• Manage integration timelines and dependencies across complex pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between IT, facilities, security, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee application integration and migration planning, including ServiceNow
• implementations and legacy system transitions.
• Manage site services onboarding for newly acquired locations, transitioning from local to global service delivery models.
• Coordinate network infrastructure transitions including implementations and legacy system decommissioning.
• Track and report on project milestones, risks, and budget requirements across multiple concurrent M&A projects.
• Facilitate regular project coordination meetings with technical teams, business
• stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Manage change management and user awareness initiatives for system transitions and new service implementations.

Candidate requirements:

• Understanding of software development lifecycle models and experience with business/end-user applications.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management including different vendors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of pharma and M&A.
• Demonstrates ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy and able to explain complex concepts with clarity and simplicity.
• Demonstrates ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Positive attitude and high energy with exceptional cross-group collaboration working with partner teams
• Possess a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and a customer-service mindset
• Excellent communication skills - fluent in written and spoken English.
