The Opportunity

We're a fast-growing startup on a mission to redefine how automation, AI, and data infrastructure power business decisions. We're looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the full lifecycle of high-impact technical initiatives across the organization. In this role, you'll define technical strategy, collaborate across engineering and product teams, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, innovative solutions.

• Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of key technical initiatives across multiple projects.
• Define technical requirements, product roadmaps, and detailed solution specifications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams to translate business goals into scalable technical outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between teams to ensure seamless data translation, system interoperability, and technical alignment.
• Leverage cloud computing expertise to guide platform selection, architecture decisions, and integration strategies.
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, interdependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing, and validation processes to maintain high technical and performance standards.
• Track and report progress to stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and transparency.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5  years of experience in technical product management or technical product ownership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-platform, or enterprise-level initiatives end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms, system integration, middleware architecture, and API/data translation patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and effective decision-making abilities.
