Technical Product Manager and Systems Analyst
, you will own the product lifecycle from strategy to detailed execution. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define features, translate business needs into system specifications, and work closely with engineering and design teams to bring solutions to life.

This is a
hands-on, strategic-tactical role
ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product vision, user needs, and technical depth.

What You'll Do

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user feedback
  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements through research, interviews, and analysis
  • Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and system specifications
  • Prioritize the product backlog and lead sprint planning sessions with engineering
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers on feature flows and usability improvements
  • Partner with QA on defining test plans, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage product releases
  • Analyze product KPIs, system performance, and customer behavior to drive iteration
  • Support integration efforts with APIs, cloud services, and drone management systems

What You Bring

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Product Management, Systems Analysis, or a related hybrid role
  • Proven experience working on SaaS platforms or technology-driven products
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum)
  • Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into clear, actionable specs
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, SQL, and Lucidchart
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bonus: Experience with drones, geospatial data, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

On-site position in Toronto.

Salary range: upto $75,000.
