Key Responsibilities

Set and prepare banquet rooms according to event requirements, ensuring tables, linens, and place settings are properly arranged
Provide a warm welcome, professional, and efficient service throughout each event
Support event execution by working closely with the kitchen and restaurant team 
Assist guests with requests and ensure they have an exceptional experience
Serve food and beverages in an organized, timely manner
Maintain the cleanliness of event spaces, storage, and presentation of service areas
Assist with room setup and breakdown, including A.V. equipment setup and bar setups and service as needed
Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive team environment

Key Requirements

Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team-focused attitude with the ability to take direction and support others
Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
High stamina, comfortable being on your feet, and lifting tables/chairs for setup
Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor
Ability to multitask while maintaining service standards
