Role Description

This is a full/part-time remote role for a Training Associate. The Training Associate will develop and deliver training programs to support professional growth and skill development. Responsibilities include facilitating virtual and in-person training sessions, creating learning materials, analyzing training needs, and evaluating program effectiveness. The role emphasizes building participant knowledge, fostering strong communication, and ensuring data driven business closings in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills for faster data driven insights
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in virtual training tools and platforms is preferred
  • Experience in financial services or related industries is an advantage
