Davis Medicine Hatis seeking a Lube Technician / Express Service Advisor to join the team

Job Duties:

  • Perform oil changes and under-vehicle inspections.
  • Communicate to the Express Advisor additional work that may need to be completed on the undercarriage of the vehicle.
  • Greet customers in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Actively listen to customers' needs and recommend any additional services based on vehicle needs.
  • Utilize our database management system to track and follow up with customers for future recommended repairs or maintenance.
  • Restock parts cabinets and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned

Ideal Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Lube Technician is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, including the ability to listen and use tact, sensitivity, empathy, persuasion and professionalism when interacting with customers.
  • Ambitious, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
