We're looking for full-time, permanent Lube Technicians to join our busy Quick Service Department. If you're dependable, professional, and ready to jump into a hands-on role, we want to hear from you

Whether you have experience or you're just starting out, we offer on-the-job training for the right candidates. Mechanical interest and PBS Dealer Management Software experience are assets—but not required.

Compensation: $15–$17 per hour, based on experience.

About the Role

As a Lube Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers' vehicles safe and running smoothly. From routine oil changes to light maintenance and inspections, you'll be hands-on in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift heavy components are all part of what makes you a great fit.

What We're Looking For:

  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License (no restrictions)
  • Availability Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Performing oil changes and routine maintenance
  • Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Inspecting vehicles and identifying needed repairs
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Providing great customer service and support
  • Working closely with team members to ensure quality service
