Job Type: Full-Time
PPE Supply Canada is a fast-growing Canadian e-commerce company in the health, wellness, and consumer products space. We're looking for an experienced Advertising Specialist to lead and scale our paid media efforts across Google, Meta, and additional platforms.
This is a hands-on, senior role focused on performance, testing, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms.
- Build and manage full-funnel strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS and CPA.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and turn insights into action.
- Manage advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency and scalable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and promotions.
- Stay up to date with platform changes and performance best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Proven experience scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with additional platforms (Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
- E-commerce or retail advertising experience preferred.
