Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank cherche à pourvoir un poste d'associé au sein de son groupe Pilotage Financier et ALM à Montréal. Le candidat est titulaire d'un diplôme de premier cycle ou d'un diplôme d'études supérieures en affaires/finance, en ingénierie ou en économie. Les candidats qualifiés doivent avoir une connaissance de l'analyse crédit dans la banque commerciale et d'investissement. Une compréhension des sujets lié a la Gestion Actifs/Passifs, la gestion du portefeuille de crédit et la gestion des risques, la réglementation bâloise est un plus.

Les principales responsabilités et tâches de l'Associé sont les suivantes :

(1) Venir en support de la gestion du Comité de Suivi des Opportunités (BPC) ;

(2) Fournir des conseils d'optimisation des transactions/relations aux charges de relation ;

(3) Produire une mesure de rentabilité et de profitabilité indépendante des charges de relation ainsi qu'une analyse stratégique des nouvelles opérations arrivant dans les livres de la banque ;

(4) Coordonner processus de consultation sur les ventes d'actifs intervenant sur le marché secondaire.

Le poste implique une étroite coordination et des interactions croisées avec les autres membres de l'équipe Pilotage Financier et ALM à New York et dans le monde, ainsi qu'avec les équipes métiers et charges de relation, les départements Risques et Systèmes d'Information de CACIB sur e continent Amérique du Nord.

Les tâches comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les tâches suivantes :

  • Prise en charge de l'organisation du Comité de Suivi des Opportunités (BPC), y compris la planification de l'ordre du jour, la tenue de la réunion proprement dite et la rédaction / distribution des procès-verbaux, ainsi que la fourniture de toute information de suivi applicable.

  • Accompagner les équipes métiers et charges de relation dans une meilleure compréhension des fonds propres, de la liquidité, des indicateurs de profitabilité économiques et/ou réglementaires, fournir des conseils sur la documentation et la structure des opérations, ainsi que sur la manière d'optimiser les transactions en tant que telles ou la relation client d'un point de vue plus global.

  • Faire office d'interface entre les différents métiers et charges de relations et la fonction Finance de CACIB au sein du C Comité de Suivi des Opportunités (BPC). Assurer la maintenance adéquate des données dans les systèmes liés au BPC.
