Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Prepare homes for client visits by organizing spaces and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards
  • Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and courteously
  • Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential cleaning or related fields such as hospitality or housekeeping is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French is advantageous
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), and kneeling
  • Basic cooking skills are a plus for preparing light meals or snacks during visits
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are preferred for traveling between locations
  • Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
