Responsibilities
• Participate in technology consulting program/project teams to deliver advisory services and solutions that address client requirements within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Support the implementation of advisory service recommendations within client environments.
• Support the continued growth of the Technology Services Group through input to business development efforts, client delivery, and contribution to practice development.
• Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR.
• For Senior Associates: Provide day-to-day direction, coaching and mentoring project teams. You will also be responsible for career management, professional development, and supporting employees through Optimus SBR's Career Development Program (CDP).
Required Qualifications
•Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
•Previous technology delivery exposure is required.
•Knowledge of project/program management, alternative delivery models (e.g., Agile), and common technology priorities (e.g., digital transformation, workflow automation, cloud migration, cyber security, AI, etc.) is considered an asset.
•Management consulting experience preferred.
•Highly developed writing, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to produce quality materials for review with clients.
•Results-oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelines.
•Innovative and dynamic, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
•Strong work ethic and someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and committed to developing their career. Required Education: Related university degree in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant discipline. Preferred Education: Technology certifications, or other relevant designations.
