Responsibilities
As an Associate or Senior Associate, you'll work on high-impact engagements involving:
- Strategy development and implementation planning
- Organizational assessments, design, and transformation
- Program evaluation and operational reviews
- Change management and restructuring initiatives
- Project management from concept to execution
You will also:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Build and manage trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Support business development by identifying client opportunities
- Contribute to internal initiatives that drive innovation, culture, and growth
Qualifications
- 3–5 years (Associate) or 5–8 years (Senior Associate) of relevant experience in consulting, government, public sector, or nonprofit roles
- A university degree in business, public administration, or a related field (graduate degree or relevant certifications/designations are assets)
- Senior Associates: Demonstrated experience leading projects or teams, including coaching and mentoring
- Understanding of the government/public sector environment and how internal structures and processes shape decision-making (strong asset)
- Experience in strategy, process improvement, or transformation projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities
- Relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on team collaboration and client trust
