Responsibilities
As an Associate or Senior Associate, you'll work on high-impact engagements involving:

  • Strategy development and implementation planning
  • Organizational assessments, design, and transformation
  • Program evaluation and operational reviews
  • Change management and restructuring initiatives
  • Project management from concept to execution

You will also:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Build and manage trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Support business development by identifying client opportunities
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that drive innovation, culture, and growth

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years (Associate) or 5–8 years (Senior Associate) of relevant experience in consulting, government, public sector, or nonprofit roles
  • A university degree in business, public administration, or a related field (graduate degree or relevant certifications/designations are assets)
  • Senior Associates: Demonstrated experience leading projects or teams, including coaching and mentoring
  • Understanding of the government/public sector environment and how internal structures and processes shape decision-making (strong asset)
  • Experience in strategy, process improvement, or transformation projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities
  • Relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on team collaboration and client trust
