ONE8T is redefining recovery through a private, guided contrast-therapy experience. Our first studio is opening soon and we are building the team This is a space where infrared sauna, saltwater plunge, red-light therapy, and vibrational resonance come together to restore the body, calm the mind, and elevate the everyday.
We're looking for Wellness Guides (part-time and full-time) to help bring this experience to life.
About the Role
As a Wellness Guide, you'll be the heartbeat of the studio. The first hello, the quiet reset between sessions, and the calm that guests carry home. You'll welcome, prepare, and guide guests through their experience while ensuring every suite and modality reflects the prestige and cleanliness ONE8T is known for. You'll move with intention. You'll hold space. And you'll keep every detail elevated.
What You'll Do
Before We Open:
- Prepare the studio, from equipment to overall energy and vibe
- Learn and embody the 8-modalities
- Test and refine products, scents, and sensory details
- Help prepare for opening day: merchandising, inventory, and training
Once We're Open
- Welcome guests and set the tone for their experience
- Guide them through the ONE8T experience: from check-in to post-reset
- Maintain the suite standards: clean, stocked, serene
- Ensure all modalities are functional, prepared, and safe
- Reset suites efficiently between sessions while preserving the calm
- Uphold brand tone and rhythm in every interaction
- Support Studio Manager with daily flow, stock, and reporting
You're a Fit If You…
- Have 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, wellness, or boutique fitness
- Are attentive, grounded, and service-oriented
- Notice details: lighting, temperature, scent, sound
- Work well independently and as part of a small, close team
- Care about personal wellness and consistency of routine
- Stay composed and professional under quiet pressure
