Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot while providing exceptional guest services. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties

  • Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and free of debris to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Assist customers with locating vehicles and provide information about available inventory.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles on the lot to ensure they are in pristine condition.
  • Manage vehicle keys and maintain accurate records for all vehicles on the lot.
  • Provide support during vehicle deliveries and assist with cash handling as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong background in guest services, hospitality, or customer service is highly valued.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.34-$23.00 per hour
