Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln (in the Guelph Auto Mall) is accepting applications for the following position:

Lot Attendant / Internal Advisor

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure showroom vehicles are cleaned and presentable each day; assist with showroom coordination as needed.
  • Organize, schedule, and prepare inventory vehicles so they're ready for the sales lot.
  • Coordinate internal and external services for sold vehicles, ensuring they pass quality control and are delivery-ready.
  • Receive and inspect new vehicles upon transport arrival; note any damages on the Bill of Lading and report defects to the Sales Manager immediately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and overall housekeeping of the lot and showroom.
  • Support the sales department by transporting vehicles as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive field is an asset.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License.
  • A clean driver abstract and the ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
