Marketing Content and Distribution Leader

Ascendant Financial is North America's most highly respected leader in the Infinite Banking Concept, with a rapidly growing client base. We're expanding our patented Marketing Assembly Line to ensure that no content dies on a hard drive. Every podcast, webinar, live event, and quarterly book is transformed into fully repurposed assets that grow our reach, engagement, and revenue.
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Content and Distribution Leader to own, optimize, and scale this process. You'll be the operator who keeps the assembly line moving at speed, maintains brand and compliance integrity, manages creatives and vendors, and delivers reporting that allows us to optimize in real time.
Your Mission
- Own, optimize, and scale the Marketing Assembly Line — transforming raw content into a consistent flow of high-performing, repurposed assets.
- Ensure every piece of content is fully leveraged into short-form videos, SEO articles, social carousels, emails, and more.
- Deliver measurable engagement, ROI, and efficiency gains while ensuring brand and compliance integrity.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Operations & Workflow
- Map and document every step from capture to publish.
- Maintain throughput speed and ensure content is repurposed within target timelines.
- Oversee publishing consistency across all channels.
Multi-Channel Distribution
- Repurpose content into short videos, SEO articles, email snippets, carousels, and posts.
- Optimize for SEO, engagement, and performance across digital platforms.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Manage creatives, vendors, and team members to deliver on time without leadership intervention.
- Implement project management systems and SOPs to keep everything running smoothly.
Reporting & Optimization
- Produce monthly reports showing asset volume, performance, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Track KPIs such as throughput, output volume, engagement, SEO growth, and repurposing ratios.
- Identify top-performing formats and refine workflows for maximum ROI.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an entrepreneurial or agency environment.
- Proven expertise in content operations and project management.
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing (SEO, social, email).
- Experience managing creative teams and vendors.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and data-informed.
