Alternate locations may be considered.Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.The Director Quality Automation is responsible for building and executing service quality and digital automation that develops solutions across our member and provider service platforms for commercial, government, provider call centers and claims processing areas. How you will make an impact:Lead and evaluate the end to end business functions to understand current gaps and direct root cause analysis. Partner with IT and digital to develop technology solutions to drive quality automation for call centers, claims processing and benefit enrollment process. Direct and recommend actions to ensure compliance with quality goals across the enterprise.Establish and implement applicable metrics to monitor effectiveness of automated/digital quality initiatives. Lead quality automation value propositions and develop cost optimization. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years' experience in quality or automation; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
