Agents receive on average 5 new client leads every day, along with admin support from our document fulfillment team, allowing you to focus on providing an exceptional client experience. 

This is a great opportunity for someone currently working as a Mortgage Underwriter, looking for a more dynamic opportunity and greater opportunities to service clients through our lender network.

Our business model allows an Agent to earn a highly competitive income ( base+ commission) while still maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

The ideal candidate is a highly intelligent, resourceful and self-motivated individual with a strong financial aptitude and excellent customer service skills.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Taking inbound leads, online, by phone, or in person and converting these to closed mortgage applications, with the support of the documents fulfilment team
  • Working closely with the documents fulfilment team to ensure a smooth mortgage process
  • Providing an educational and consultative experience to clients throughout the entire process and handling customer complaints, should they arise
  • Maintaining your FSCO Certified Mortgage Agent designation

Your Qualifications :

  • Mortgage Underwriting experience ( Must have)
  • Sales experience and skill
  • Self-motivated
  • CompetitiveAnalytical: You can break down complex information for our clients
  • Resourceful: You may not have all the answers, but you know how to get them
  • Proactive: You are never idle and love being busy
