We're directly connected with the best lenders in the business, such as; TD, NBC, Scotia, BMO, Merix, MCAN, MCAP, CMLS, Home Trust, HavenTree, NPX, CWB, plus a stack of private lenders when deals get tricky. If it can be done, we'll find a way.
Who We're Looking For
We need a sharp, motivated ideally a Mortgage Agent Level II
who's ready to jump into the trenches. Someone who can:
- Cut through the noise, doesn't live off of excuses, and comes with no Drama and no BS.
- You will work directly with our doc team, and principal broker to keep files tight and clients happy.
- Maintain our great lender relations and keeping SLAs on point.
- and you must be able Balance compliance.
This role is remote, offering either full or part-time hours, and is for someone who thrives under pressure, not someone who wants to hide behind endless "processing." You'll underwrite, problem solve, provide suggestions, find solutions, and make judgment calls that get clients deals funded, plain and simple.
The Role
- Act as primarily an
Underwriter
while holding your Mortgage Agent Level II license. - Manage and submit applications on Finmo, making sure files are bulletproof.
- Maintain CRM for creating alerts on milestones of files and reporting.
- Guide clients with clear mortgage explanations - no jargon, no fluff.
- Stay on top of servicing and processing with speed and accuracy.
- Push deals forward while protecting compliance and relationships.
- We are an Office 365 House, and not changing that either.

Qualifications
- Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgages skills
- Mortgage Marketing skills
- Experience in mortgage servicing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of mortgage regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- YOU MUST HOLD YOUR license as a Level I Agent at a minimum
