Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-time Receptionist to join our dynamic team In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your positive attitude and excellent organizational skills will ensure a smooth flow of daily activities, creating a warm and efficient environment for clients, and staff alike.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Support customer service efforts by providing prompt assistance and resolving inquiries effectively
- Perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining office supplies inventory
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
