About the Role

Vanee Farm Centre Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Parts Manager to join our team. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, manage inventory, streamline ordering processes, and deliver top-tier customer service. Your expertise will help ensure parts availability, optimize workflow, and support both our customers and service teams.

What You'll Do

Workflow Management: Oversee efficient processing of parts orders and paperwork; continually assess and improve department operations and showroom layout.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, address obsolescence, conduct regular counts, and manage seasonal and special-order inventory.

Parts Ordering: Place accurate supplier orders, manage pricing, track warranties, and ensure timely freight billing and recovery.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers and internal departments, assisting with pricing, locating, and ordering parts.

Technical Expertise: Interpret parts diagrams and diagnostics; use computerized inventory systems and parts libraries effectively.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain an appealing, well-organized parts display area to enhance customer experience.

Safety: Promote and follow all Occupational Health and Safety standards.

Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move parts and materials as needed; ensure all safety procedures are followed.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Journeyman Red Seal Parts Technician certification (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in parts management, inventory control, or a related role in an agricultural dealership.
  • Strong technical knowledge of agricultural equipment parts and systems.
  • Proficiency with computerized inventory systems.
  • Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with overtime and occasional weekends as needed

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
