Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversea all aspects of the parts department
  • Greet customers promptly and handle all inquiries in person and by phone
  • Maintain necessary product knowledge
  • Maintain professional and technical expertise through on-the-job training
  • Demonstrate professional behavior and ability to work on a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional communication both written and verbal and interpersonal skills (including computer literacy)
  • Department reporting and forecasting including the departments future growth
  • Manage inventory levels, process returns and ensure accuracy and efficiency within the department
  • PBS software experience an asset but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time
