- Lead Transportation Class Environmental Assessment studies and Complete Streets designs.
- Prepare proposals, tenders, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
- Oversee construction administration and traffic management planning.
- Seal technical reports and transportation designs.
- Monitor project performance and profitability.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Support client development and cross-sector collaboration.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in transportation design and project management.
- P.Eng designation in Ontario.
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation Inroads, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience mentoring and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle
