We are currently searching for a Director of Finance to join our dynamic and innovative team. You will be responsible for the overall financial management of Hotel Arts Group, including its hotels, restaurants, and catering operations. This position provides strategic financial leadership, ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial information, and supports sound business decisions that align with the company's objectives. The Director oversees all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and best practices in hospitality financial management.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:


• Accounting designation (CPA preferred) with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent education and work experience.


• Previous experience as a hotel Director of Finance or Controller strongly preferred.


• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality finance, with demonstrated success in managing teams and overseeing complex projects.


• The ability to provide mentorship and coaching to foster a high potential team


• Strong technical expertise in accounting, financial reporting, capital project management, and analysis.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.


• Experience with financial systems and hotel applications (e.g., Accpac, Opera PMS, POS systems such as Symphony and Silverware).


• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills with proven ability to coach, mentor, and foster collaboration.


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to adapt to evolving digital workflows and operational needs


• A keen ability to adapt to and manage change to ensure continued success of a dynamic, growing company.


• Be adept at being inventive and creating resourceful solutions, emphasizing profitability and controlling costs


• Be a team player with high standards, excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach
