Role Overview: We're hiring a Sales Specialist to support our outreach and client acquisition efforts with small-to-mid-sized pediatric and behavioral health clinics across the U.S. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation, with a strong interest in sales and customer success.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying leads, booking discovery calls, and supporting senior sales executives in closing deals. Success in this role is measured by the number of qualified meetings set and revenue supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have sales experience in b2b and selling into healthcare or physicians, or clinic directors.
- Must have experience selling healthcare SaaS (software as a service) into a solo/mid-sized clinic.
- Strong outbound and follow-up discipline (door-to-door or equivalent grit).
- Built pipeline from scratch, weekly forecasting, activity metrics, meetings booked, deals closed, quota %.
- Ran demos, handled objections, "navigated compliance/privacy discussions
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage pediatric and behavioral clinic decision-makers (owners, directors, administrators).
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior sales executives.
- Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support sales demos by preparing materials, case studies, and product info.
- Build relationships with clinics by understanding their pain points (capacity, waitlists, admin burden).
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Hit and exceed monthly KPIs (e.g., booked calls, pipeline generated).
- 1-3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (healthcare or SaaS preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and persistence.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new sales tools and healthcare systems.
- Self-starter, coachable, and motivated by hitting targets.
- Previous clinic sales experience is important.
- Must understand product and eager to role up sleeve and get to work immediately.
- Base Salary plus Commission base only, initial 3 months then base on performance will be have car / transport within GTA pls.
Compensation: Base Salary + commission.
Employment Type: Full-time.
