Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Toronto, ON. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales in-store. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, accurately handling transactions, monitoring inventory levels, and contributing to the overall success of our retail and market presence. Additional duties include setting up product displays and providing product knowledge to potential customers.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and sales skills; excellent command of english
- Own vehicle.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational skills for managing inventory, maintaining displays, and ensuring store readiness.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning about our products and promoting them effectively.
- Previous experience in retail or the food industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment or independently.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Passion for food, especially hot sauce, and an appreciation for cultural flavors is highly desirable.
