Job Overview

Due to continued growth across all four Clever Daycare centres, we require a dedicated sales representative to manage increasing inquiry volume, maintain timely communication with prospective families, support centre supervisors with tour coordination, and ensure high-quality conversion from inquiries to enrollments. This role is essential to streamline our enrollment pipeline, enhance parent experience, and maintain accurate data across CRM and internal systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming inquiries across four Clever Daycare locations (phone, email, website forms, in-person).
  • Conduct proactive follow-up with prospective parents to guide them through the enrollment journey.
  • Managing all centers' waitlist.
  • Maintain all prospect and waitlist information accurately in the CRM system and the internal portal.
  • Schedule and coordinate daycare tours with centre supervisors and provide warm, informative support to families.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Centre Directors, and Supervisors to ensure availability, tour scheduling, and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and internal portal, ensuring full visibility of enrollment stages.
  • Achieve enrollment targets by effectively converting inquiries into completed registrations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing parent questions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Prepare simple weekly reports on inquiries, tour performance, and enrollment conversions.
  • Represent Clever Daycare's values, culture, and brand voice throughout all communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with excellent professionalism and fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Customer relationship management abilities with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Proven sales aptitude with confidence in follow-ups, engagement, and conversion.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, internal portals, and digital tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Warm, approachable, and confident interpersonal style.
  • Childcare knowledge and understanding of parent expectations (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment-related roles.
  • Experience in childcare, early learning centres, or parent-facing environments is a strong advantage.
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) preferred.
