We're looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join our team in a steady, production-focused environment. This role involves welding and assembling metal parts using established procedures and fixtures to ensure consistency and quality. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and prefer predictable, hands-on work, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years of MIG & TIG welding experience.
  • Ability to read and understand shop drawings and work instructions.
  • Comfortable performing consistent, production welding.
  • Willingness to learn and work well with others.
  • Able to follow written and spoken instructions in English.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Robotic welding experience is an asset, but not required (training opportunities availableEmployment Details:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks.
  • Shift: Afternoon shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM (40 hours per week)
  • Schedule Perk: Every Friday off (no rotating shifts)
  • Pay: CA$22 - CA$26 per hour (hourly rate based on experience and weld test.).
  • Additional $1.50/hour night‑shift premium for all hours worked on the Monday - Thursday afternoon shift (4:15 PM - 2:15 AM)
  • Benefits: Available after probation period.
  • Reviews: Performance and wage reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months.
