Essential Landscaping is an established commercial grounds maintenance company based out of Caledon, servicing commercial/industrial properties throughout Mississauga, Brampton, Bolton and Vaughan.

We are hiring experienced equipment operators for the upcoming winter season for commercial/industrial snow plowing work in Vaughan and Mississauga.

This is a seasonal contract position, which requires 24/7 availability throughout the winter season for all plowable snow events. Advance notice is provided when snowplowing work is expected.

One position is available to start immediately and can become a full time position. The others are seasonal only for winter.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be experienced in operation of related equipment they apply for, including:
  • Single Axle salt truck (G License with clean abstract required)
  • Front end wheel loader with 9-15' hydraulic wing plow
  • Must be available 24/7 to work as/when required during any snowstorms including days, nights, weekends and holidays between December 1 - March 31
  • Ability to work in any weather conditions
  • Ability to work long shifts when required
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Must comply with all company safety and operational policies and procedures
  • Must have own transportation to jobsite

We offer very competitive wages plus weekly/monthly Standby & performance/attendance bonuses.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Guaranteed hours/income whether it snows this year or not. Flexible pay structure.
