ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as an Enterprise Architect. This is a hybrid role in Edmonton with three days a week onsite. This is a one year contract.
ROLE: Enterprise Architect
The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
MANDATORY:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- Certification in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
- 8 years demonstrated experience leading cross-functional agile product teams, providing architectural direction, and mentoring developers and technical leads.
- 5 years experience architecting, managing, and maintaining Azure Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- 8 years experience identifying and assessing requirements within multiple architecture domains e.g. business, application, technology, data/information, security, and privacy.
- 7 years experience in documenting application architectures in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to a large enterprise.
- 7 years experience in planning, designing, implementing and supporting platform solutions in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to a large enterprise
- 8 years experience providing leadership, planning, estimating, and presentations of ideas and solutions
DESIRABLE:
- 5 years collaborating with data architects, engineers and analysts to design and optimize cloud architecture and services.
- 5 years experience in contributing or developing application architecture standards and guidelines.
- 5 years experience working as an application architect designing or maintaining solutions that use enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) hub architecture registries.
- 5 years experience working as an application architect developing a solution using amCharts charting framework in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.
- 5 years experience working as an application architect developing mobile solutions in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.
- 5 years experience working with Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top Ten Web Application Security Flaws.
Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
