Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of our organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud platforms, operating systems, and software development practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the technological future of our enterprise, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. The Enterprise Architect will collaborate across teams to develop scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technology strategies.
- Design scalable and secure cloud solutions utilizing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud.
- Lead the integration of various operating systems including Linux, Windows, and other platforms to optimize system interoperability.
- Provide technical leadership on DevOps practices to streamline deployment pipelines and improve system reliability.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve system performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish best practices for Java, Python, SQL, and other programming languages within the enterprise environment.
- Create comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, standards, and procedures for cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards across all technology initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar senior-level role within a complex IT environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud services.
- Strong background in operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, SQL, along with familiarity with operating systems management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop scalable architectures that support enterprise-wide applications and services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholders at all levels. This position offers a dynamic work environment where innovation is encouraged, and your expertise will directly influence our technological trajectory.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $90,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
