Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Journeyman and Apprentice Welders to join our install team. In this hands-on role, you'll work on-site across various construction and infrastructure projects, installing structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and ornamental elements with the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete welding for installation of structural, miscellaneous, and ornamental metalwork

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

  • Ensure precise alignment, fit-up, and installation of fabricated components

  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all site safety protocols

  • Collaborate with installation crews, foremen, and other trades on-site

  • Conduct quality checks and repairs as needed in the field

What We're Looking For

For Journeyman Welders

  • Valid Journeyman welder certification

  • Proven experience in structural/miscellaneous/ornamental metals welding

  • Strong knowledge of welding processes

  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols

  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

For Apprentice Welders

  • Currently enrolled in or willing to pursue enrollment to become a Journeyman Welder

  • Previous welding experience (shop or field)

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced field environment

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
