Description du poste

A titre d'agent de soutien en mobilité vous serez responsable de répondre aux demandes des employés concernant leur mobile tout en jouant un rôle clé dans notre service de soutien 24/7. Vous bénéficierez de beaucoup d'autonomie dans le cadre de votre travail pour satisfaire aux exigences et standards de service de l'entreprise. Vous recevrez une formation et un encadrement approprié pour être à l'aise dans votre nouveau rôle.

Ce poste est exclusivement en télétravail sur un horaire de nuit de : 28/semaine (de 4:30am à 10:00am)

Vous êtes une personne patiente et avez de l'expérience avec la clientèle soi en ventes et/ou en service clientèle. Vous avez démontré une organisation au travail supérieur à la moyenne et aimé le travail bien fait. Votre passion est de bien servir le client tout en demeurant attentif à ses besoins. Vous êtes disposé à apprendre de nouvelles tâches qui vous mèneront à une carrière enrichissante.

Responsabilités

· Répondre aux demandes des employés à propos de leur mobile dans les délais de service exigés

· Offrir un soutien technique et d'accompagnement si nécessaire

· Entrer des commandes pour nos clients

· Maintenir la base de données à jour sur les outils de travail

Exigences

· Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais – parlé et écrit)

· Microsoft Word, Excel ou Google Docs, Sheet

· Peut travailler sur plusieurs projets en même temps

· Discipliné et organisé

· Apprend rapidement

· Empathique et respectueux les politiques de l'entreprise et les processus d'affaires

· Peut travailler de façon autonome avec peu de supervision

· A l'aise à travailler avec un ordinateur sur plusieurs heures d'affilées

· Soucieux des détails et proactif

· Toujours disponible à rendre service

· Avoir un service internet fiable et rapide.

Atout

· Expérience dans un Service à la Clientèle (télécom et/ou bancaire)

· Expérience technique et connaissance informatique

· Expérience en travail de bureau

Job Description

As a mobility support agent, you will be responsible for responding to employees' requests for their mobile phone while playing a key and decisive role in our 24/7 support service. You will benefit from a lot of autonomy and little supervision as part of your work to satisfy the requirements and standards of service of the company. You will be given a training and coaching program to quickly adapt to your new role and perform according to the company standards.

This position is 100 % remote work based on these night shift hours: 28/week (from 4:30am to 10:00am)

You are a patient person and have experience dealing with customers in sales and / or customer service. You have demonstrated above-average organization skills at work and enjoyed a job well done. Your passion is to serve customers well while remaining attentive to their needs. You are willing to learn new tasks that will lead you to a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

· Respond to employees' requests about their mobile within the required service delays

· Offer a technical support and guidance if necessary

· Validate invoices at the end of the month

· Publish various reports at the end of the month

· Provides cost savings recommendations for the company

· Maintain up-to-date information on the database

Requirements

· Bilingual essential (French and English - spoken and written)

· Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Docs, Sheet

· Can work on multiple projects at the same time

· Disciplined and organized

· Learn quickly

Nice to Have
