*What You'll Do*
Under close supervision, you will support daily warehouse activities including:
Material Movement & Accuracy
- Perform physical tasks involved in material handling, receiving, shipping, and storage
- Move materials between the warehouse, Production, and Packaging departments
- Pick and put away material in designated system locations
- Use SAP to accurately maintain inventory and reflect physical storage locations
- Follow all SOPs and safety policies while demonstrating strong GMP and GDP practices
Equipment Operation
- Use warehouse power equipment such as forklifts, stand-up trucks, and related devices to load, unload, move, stack, and transfer materials
- Handle and inspect received materials, comparing shipments against purchase orders/invoices
- Notify management of discrepancies, especially involving printed packaging materials
*Work Environment*
This role takes place in a dynamic manufacturing and warehouse setting where you may encounter:
- Noise: Intermittent or constant noise levels
- Fumes, Odors, & Gases: Occasional exposure related to manufacturing activities
- Dust: Airborne particles such as textile, wood, or silica
*Schedule
1st Shift*
: Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
*Physical Requirements*
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with:
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and bending
- Regular lifting and carrying of 50–75 pounds
- Moving 100–300 pound pallets/equipment using pallet jacks or similar devices
- Navigating office, lab, warehouse, and plant environments
- Wearing appropriate PPE such as respirators, safety glasses/goggles, and safety shoes

*Education & Qualifications*
- High School/Trade School/Vocational Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge in operating receiving equipment
- Ability to complete basic SAP transactions
- Ability to perform CTPAT inspections, including weighing machine calibration
- Ability to drive turret, stand-up, and sit-down trucks
- Ability to perform cycle counts via Teklogic cycle counting interface
- Understanding of material destruction procedures
- Willingness to learn weighing machine calibration
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other power equipment in the warehouse
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear written/verbal communication
- English language proficiency at CEFR A2 (Basic) level

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay rate for this position is $20.80/hr. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan, and may be eligible for the Long Term Incentive Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
