Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process from first contact to order entry
  • Make outbound sales calls based on qualified leads
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Service on requests for quotations
  • Reach key decision-makers and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build customer sales strategies, action plans, and develop new accounts
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support
  • Ensure service excellence across all sales channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite high-priority parts
  • Represent the company at customer visits, seminars, and trade shows (travel required)

Qualifications
Requirements

  • Sales experience in the automotive industry
  • College diploma or university degree
  • Valid drivers license and passport; willingness to travel
  • Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working directly with large OEMs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resiliency and the ability to handle rejection in a sales environment
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Dependable work ethic with a high level of initiative
  • Strong math and technical aptitude
  • Knowledge of machine tools, automation, and/or vehicle general assembly is preferred
