Job Description
As Regional Sales Representative for Western Canada, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting distributors and end users across the region. The role focuses on driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Fluoroseal's market presence, particularly within the industrial valve sector. You will work independently in the field while coordinating closely with internal teams to meet sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Fluoroseal's presence in Western Canada.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial end users, distributors, and OEMs.
- Provide technical support and product guidance to clients.
- Represent Fluoroseal at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and market insights.
- Travel regularly across Western Canada to meet clients and support territory development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in industrial valves or relatedproducts.
- Strong knowledge of industrial end users, distributors, and the plug valve market in Western Canada.
- Existing network within the industrial valve industry is a strong advantage.
- Technical or engineering background preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory remotely.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Western Canada.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
