Job Title: Gutter Install / Repair Technician

Overview:

We do gutter installation and repair, focusing on the west side. We also work in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond.

What we do:

- Install gutters

- Repair gutters

- Service gutters

About the job:

- Working at heights

- Working on ladders

- Technical work (we can provide training)

- Focused work

- Outdoor - Hot, Cold, Wet. Year round.

- Piecework, well paid.

- Flexible, self motivated - you set your own hours.

- Full Time (or nearly)

- If you stick around you can move into management

Pay:

Once you're trained we pay a minimum of $40/hr using your own truck, or $33.33 using ours.

The job is paid piecework, so many days you can make more. Starting out you will have to practice and get good to make $300/day. Once you've been around a while it is common to make $450. $6-800 happens on very good days. Also if you stick around we can teach you more complex aspects of the trade that are higher paid.

To start we would first do some test days at a lower rate. After a week or two you should be good enough to tackle some jobs on your own, then you start making the higher rates.

About you:

- Gutter, roofing, or significant ladder experience required

- Trustworthy Say what you mean, do what you say

- Good communication, with us and with clients

- Able to focus, maintain high quality of workmanship all day, all year

- Mature, self-motivated (nobody will hound you to stay active)

- Available full-time or near to it

We can provide a vehicle for you to work from, but will pay more if you have your own, capable of moving ladders.
