Location: 120 Bloor Street East, Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Shifts: Morning & Daytime Only (No Evenings)

About Us

Sunset Grill at Bloor & Yonge is a high-volume breakfast and brunch restaurant known for friendly service and a fast-paced environment. We are hiring energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Servers and Hosts/Hostesses to join our front-of-house team.

Server Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide friendly service

  • Take accurate orders and enter into POS

  • Serve food and beverages promptly

  • Handle cash, debit, and credit payments

  • Maintain clean tables and service areas

  • Work closely with kitchen and FOH team

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Host/Hostess Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests

  • Manage seating chart and waitlist

  • Answer phone calls and assist guests

  • Support servers during rushes (water, coffee, clearing)

  • Keep entrance and host stand clean

Qualifications

  • Restaurant/customer service experience preferred

  • Strong English communication

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Available weekends and holidays

Schedule

Morning and daytime shifts, weekdays and weekends. No late nights.

Compensation

Servers: hourly + tips

Hosts: hourly (+ tip-out if applicable)
