About the Opportunity

We are seeking one Senior and two Intermediate Full-Stack Developers to join a high-priority, long-term enterprise initiative. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications within a modern cloud environment. This is a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of extension, perfect for developers who thrive in Agile environments and enjoy working across the entire tech stack.

Technical EcosystemWhat You Will Do

  • Develop & Maintain: Build high-performance, responsive web interfaces using (Vue 2 & 3) and modern CSS/HTML.
  • Backend Integration: Design and implement robust RESTful APIs (Python experience is highly preferred).
  • DevOps & Deployment: Automate workflows using GitLab CI/CD and manage containerized applications on OpenShift.
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical consultant for client-facing discussions, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise: Hands-on experience with (Vue 2/3) and state management (Vuex/Pinia).
  • Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
  • Backend Knowledge: Experience building APIs with Python (Django or Flask) is considered a major asset.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Proven experience with GitLab pipelines and OpenShift (or Kubernetes/Docker).
  • Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative delivery cycles.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Hybrid Model: Candidates must be based in either Toronto or Montreal.
  • In-Office: 2–3 days per week at the client's downtown office.
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
