As a
Senior Full-Stack Developer
in the
Middleware & API team
, you will help design and run a reliable, scalable API platform built on
Azure API Management
and
Self-Hosted Gateways
, deployed in an
OpenShift / Kubernetes
environment.

Your role is hands-on and impactful: you will automate API delivery, strengthen API governance, and build the tooling that allows teams to publish secure, well-designed APIs at scale. This role is ideal for an experienced developer who enjoys
API architecture, middleware integration, and DevOps automation

What You Will Do

  • Design, deploy, and operate
    Azure API Management
    and
    Self-Hosted Gateways
    , using
    ArgoCD
    and
    Helm
  • Build and maintain
    API automation pipelines
    using
    Terraform
    and Git-based workflows
  • Define and implement
    APIM policies
    (security, authentication, transformation, routing)
  • Support and enforce
    API governance standards
    (OpenAPI, contracts, catalogs)
  • Develop and maintain
    middleware integrations
    between internal and external systems
  • Analyze logs and metrics from
    APIM and Azure services
    to troubleshoot and improve performance
  • Manage
    authentication and authorization
    (RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault)
  • Work with
    REST APIs
    and messaging systems (Event Hub, Service Bus, pub/sub patterns)
  • Contribute to
    CI/CD pipelines
    , code reviews, and GitFlow practices
  • Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of containerized workloads on
    OpenShift / Kubernetes

What You Bring

API & Middleware Expertise

  • 8+ years
    of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong focus on
    APIs and middleware
  • Deep hands-on experience with
    Azure API Management
    (policies, gateways, networking, logging)
  • Strong knowledge of
    API design best practices
    and contracts (OpenAPI, Spectral)
  • Experience with middleware and integration patterns

Security & Integration

  • Solid experience with
    RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault
    , and secure API design
  • Strong understanding of
    REST/RESTful APIs
    and messaging platforms (Event Hub, Service Bus)

Infrastructure & DevOps

  • Practical experience with
    Terraform
    ,
    OpenShift/Kubernetes
    ,
    Argo CD
    , and
    Helm
  • Comfortable building and maintaining
    CI/CD pipelines
    in collaborative, multi-team environments

Languages & Tools

  • Scripting skills in
    Bash, PowerShell, or Python
  • API testing and design tools:
    OpenAPI, Swagger Hub, Spectral
    (Postman is a plus)

Communication & Background

  • Able to explain complex technical topics clearly and write clean documentation
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

  • Advanced
