Job Duties:

Set up and operate Walter grinding machines to manufacture and sharpen spiral tools.

Program machines using Walter Window Mode and/or Tool Studio software.

Verify tooling dimensions and quality using measuring equipment.

Skill Requirements:

2-3 years experience setting up and operating Walter grinding machines to manufacture and sharpen spiral tools.

Knowledge of Walter Window Mode and/or Tool Studio software.

Knowledge of cutting geometry for spiral tools.

Must be able to meet company production standards.

High school graduation plus CNC machining training.

Terms of Employment:

Permanent, full-time. 40 hours per week.

Rotating Shift - Days / Afternoons (2 weeks)

Starting rate: $21.29 hr

Group Benefits - Life, AD&D, Disability, Health and Dental (after 3 months)

Pay: $17.20-$34.43 per hour
